I'm Victor Hoang, Co-Founder and CMO of Rework. I've spent 12+ years building the marketing and growth side of B2B SaaS, from early go-to-market experiments to scaling demand engines that generate consistent, measurable pipeline.
Before co-founding Rework, I led marketing and growth at two SaaS startups where I built the foundations that turned early traction into durable revenue. At Rework, I designed and ran the lead management and growth engine that generated over 1 million leads and contributed more than $10M in ARR, covering SEO, content strategy, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and the sales-marketing handoff that actually converts.
