Who I Am
I'm Esther Van, a Senior Implementation Consultant at Rework with 7+ years of experience helping B2B companies deploy and adopt SaaS tools. I've personally led 80+ enterprise implementations, from initial scoping and workflow mapping to go-live and post-launch optimization.
Before Rework, I worked as a deployment consultant at a mid-market CRM vendor where I managed rollouts for companies with 50 to 2,000+ employees. I've seen what makes implementations succeed and, more importantly, what makes them fail.
