Who I Am
I'm Eric Pham, Founder and CEO of Rework. I've spent 15+ years building and scaling B2B SaaS companies. Before Rework, I founded and exited a workflow automation startup, and I've been an active angel investor in early-stage SaaS since 2018.
Over the years, I've scaled product teams from 3 to 80+ people, navigated two fundraising cycles, and helped portfolio companies reach $50M+ ARR combined. I've sat in the CEO chair through hypergrowth and through downturns, both teach you things that textbooks can't.
