Leadership Code

  1. We don’t have "managers". We have builders and leaders, and a leader must be a builder first (and always).

  2. We strongly believe in the value of pure love and hard working. Without it, nothing else in business really matters.

  3. We strongly believe in the potential of any human beings: an ordinary person with a strong will could build extraordinary things.

  4. Go first. In hot water, we expect leaders must go first, doing the most difficult tasks by their own hands, sheding the light and hope and way for their team members.

  5. Take last. Eg, True founders' shares are basically locked indefinitely, and it's a term we proposed ourselves in our last round.

Making software for ~10k enterprise customers to help them manage better, I know first hand that leadership is neither inherited nor told. It is all about scars and hardships and self reflections on the question of existence, rather than something right or wrong.

It's faith.
